Supporting career services with AI training, student-focused tools and practical, student-centered solutions.

The rapid growth of AI is reshaping how career services teams support students, staff and alumni. But with that opportunity comes complexity and the need for thoughtful, practical guidance. I collaborate with higher education and career services teams to help them navigate the evolving AI landscape, with a focus on integrating student-centered, responsible uses and applications.
Speaking, Training and Workshops
I deliver tailored talks and workshops designed to help career services professionals better understand AI, its opportunities and its limitations, and how to apply it effectively within their work.
Recent engagements include:
- Featured speaker on AI in career services for the NHCUC Career Professionals Committee
- AI workshop for Williams College Career Services staff
- Presentation for UNH Career Services leadership
- AI presentation at SCCA Conference at Tufts
- Regular contributor to AI discussions within Dartmouth’s professional community
What participants are saying:
A big thank you to Christopher Jordan for joining the NHCUC Career Professionals Committee today to enhance our knowledge and skills on AI in career services and recruiting. It was a phenomenal session and we are grateful for your time and expertise today. — NHCUC Career Professionals Committee
This was such an amazing opportunity for our staff. We can’t thank you enough for bringing this professional development to us. — Williams College
Customized AI Tools for Career Services
Beyond education and awareness, I also help teams develop customized, student-centered AI tools to enhance career exploration and advising. One example is the Career Exploration Generator, an interactive AI-powered platform I developed to unify and systematize the career exploration process for students. Highly utilized at Dartmouth’s Center for Career Design, this tool has been praised by institutional leadership.
Let’s Collaborate
Whether your team is just beginning to explore AI in career services or you’re looking to adapt practical, student-centered tools, I’d be glad to share insights and facilitate training.
