About Chris
I bring 20 years of experience in higher education at institutions including Dartmouth College, The University of Alabama, and Russell Sage College. From my experience as a tenured art professor, senior department faculty member, program coordinator, experiential learning practitioner, student mentor/advisor, and Ivy-League career services coach, I am well-versed in effective teaching methods and the facilitation of personal growth. As a personal career and life coach, I am thrilled to be working with a wide range of clients in my private practice. I love working with people who are ready for expansive and exciting personal growth.
As a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP), I am equipped with the skills and knowledge to guide clients through their career development journey. My certification emphasizes key competencies, including career planning, facilitation of career development, and the use of assessment tools. With a focus on delivering personalized career services, I help individuals navigate their professional paths, make informed decisions, and achieve their career goals with confidence.
Further, I completed my professional coach training at the Co-Active Training Institute–CTI (https://coactive.com). As member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I have completed required training aligned with ICF standards, and I commit to strictly abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.
I am an artist (https://www.jordanphoto.com), musician, published author, spiritual seeker, and longtime explorer of life’s scenic byways. My book, “Nowhere in Place,” explores the intersection of photography and meditation. Before my career in higher education, I wore a wide range of professional hats in the Greater Boston Area including working for Parthenon, PG Media Group, and Polaroid.
